Early morning: Visual alert

Early in the morning your phone will only light up indicating that the Morning Questionnaire is available (no audible alarm) so you wake up as normal.
As soon as you receive the notification you can answer the questionnaire which will take you about 3 min. to complete (see the screenshot on the right for an example-question). Please do not spend too long as your first impulse is usually the most accurate.
The questions will assess the length of your sleep, sleep quality, level of fatigue and work-related thoughts.
Most questions can be rated quickly on a scale such as the one in the example.
