The SODA® app has been created by the Survey Software company Confirmit using SODA® technology. To download the app, follow the link below. You will be redirect to a website provided by Confirmit.
Steps:
- Select your smartphone type and download the app.
- After launching the app, go to Survey Code. The survey code is: Surrey2012
- Answer the items to test your eligibility.
- Complete the Initial Questionnaire.
