What happens to my data?
In all cases we guarantee to treat your responses confidentially which means that your data will not be made available to any other than the research team.
However, at the end of the Initial Questionnaire we need you to provide us with your email address to give your data set a name and to contact you for the purposes you agreed to.
If you wish to receive an individualised feedback report, participate in future research or would like to win a price in our raffle at the end of the study, we need to connect your email address with your data later on.
You will ONLY be contacted via email for the purposes you agree to.
The study has received a favourable opinion from the ethics committee of the FAHS.
